Shipping

We offer free UPS shipping on every US, Canadian, UK, and Australian order. To make your Magnolia Gems purchasing experience as stress-free as possible, we also offer free return shipping on all orders!

Because we make most items to order, time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered. All orders are shipped via UPS and are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation. Some orders may arrive earlier than the expected delivery date if they are ready. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

For your protection, Magnolia Gems always:

• Insures and registers all items for their full value.
• Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
• If your order value is over $500.00, signature will be required at delivery.
• If you miss your shipment, UPS will attempt to deliver 2 more times before it is returned to the shipper.
• For US domestic orders, if you are unable to be home to sign for your package, we have showroom locations across the US where you can pick-up at your convenience! You can also select to deliver to a UPS Office Location near you.

International shipments can be processed online. Customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer; please check with your local customs office for information. Other than GST/PST/HST, there are no additional import duties for orders shipped to Canada and Australia. For orders shipped to the UK, Magnolia Gems collects the relevant duties for each order.

Magnolia Gems is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to Magnolia Gems within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.

For insurance reasons we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped from Magnolia Gems.
